Residential Project, Sydney

Black and white are the opposites able to represent a perfect equilibrium of sensations and energies. In this frame, the Greenland Centre penthouse, on level 83 of a high-end residential building in Sydney's Central Business District, Australia, is conceived to provide an apartment that embodies a harmony of elements and feelings.

The location, which boasts a 360-degree view of the city skyline, was furnished by renowned interior designer Jack Freeman together with Studio Cavit, resulting in an environment where Meridiani products contribute to painting an exemplary picture of elegance.

Seated on the white Harold sofa or on the white Teresa armchairs, or relaxed on the Lolyta day bed in the living area, the eyes are invited to explore the panoramic beauty of the horizon.

The attention given to detail, the care paid to small things – all of this extends to the finishes and materials. Examples are the bronzed brass tops of the Bongo coffee tables, with black and white structures in different sizes; and the Day storage unit in the office area, with the rigorous black color that brings out its square profiles.

Entering this apartment seems like you're suspended in the air, but with the security and emotional stability supplied by the expert use of counterbalances, which enhance the rooms and reveal their expressive potential.
