MERIDIANI MATERIALS: THE VIDEO
Marble, wood, fabric, leather, and metal: these five materials are the protagonists of “Meridiani Materials” video installation. A tale of handcraft, reflections, texture, and attention to details told through production pictures directly shown on the finished products and the material surfaces of which they are made of. That’s how the weave of fabric is in contrast with the materiality of the factory, of the projected means of industrial production; at the same time, they become one to express the stylistic research value and excellence of the raw materials which create timeless objects able to be easily integrated into every kind of environment by telling their own story.
